Delivery and Shipping Policy

We normally despatch all our orders within 48-72 hours of receiving the order. We deliver the products throughout the world using our logistic partners Ukrposhta, EMS. Depending on the geographic location of the customer it may take about 3 to 4 working weeks to deliver the product to the customer. For domestic delivery using established local couriers (Ukrposhta, Nova poshta), it may take about 2 to 3 working days. Our worldwide shipping is free.

The shipping times mentioned anywhere on the website are approximate and we cannot guarantee them. Customers are recommended to place an order early if they have a deadline.

In addition to the delivery time, if the product is to be made to order, this requires a production time that varies from 2 to 3 weeks depending on the production requirements and the quantity ordered. Since our production is traditional, it depends on weather conditions, which can affect the production times.

Mandatory Requirements for shipping:
Customers are responsible for providing shipping details which should include Proper Name, address with City, State, Country, Zip code, Land Marks if any, and also Telephone number to ensure proper delivery.

We do not take responsibility for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.

Customs Duty: For international deliveries, please note that the courier company would bill any kind of customs or duties as applicable for the ordered items separately to the customer at the time of delivery which will depend on the rules and regulations of the country. The duties and taxes are not included in the price of the product. Please note that duties and taxes if any are to be borne by the customer only.
