Care Guide

• If you have such an opportunity, take the rug out to the fresh air, shake it out, and let it air out.

• Use a vacuum cleaner with a suction-only or handheld attachment on the lowest setting to avoid damaging wool fibers. Avoid using a vacuum cleaner with a rotating brush (turbo brush), as the woolen piles can wind up on such a brush.

• Wool fibers naturally contain lanolin, repelling liquids and preventing quick absorption of stains.

• Blot fresh stains with a cloth or paper towel to absorb excess liquid; avoid rubbing to prevent pushing stains deeper.

• Dab gently with mild detergent and lukewarm water to treat stains, then rinse or absorb with a clean cloth and let it dry.
